List of Censorous Websites:

Well, as you may or may no know, Gab is not a free-spfakkueech website. I will probably talk more about that in another post, but here’s a second post for your trouble. But today, I wanted to talk about all of the websites that I know of to censor, whether I’ve seen it personally, or have heard of it and have seen proof at the time that I’ve heard of it.

This post will not have proof of censorship, this is just to warn of the websites that are on the list. The list will also include apps, whether said apps have websites or not. This list will be edited with time, as I remember them happening or see them happen. I will also do my best to provide an alternative, if I cannot think of one, perhaps someone can become that alternative. If I do not have one available in this list, you can try looking for one on a website like Alternativeto. If you know of any alternatives that are truly dedicated to free-speech, please tell me.

Anyway without further ado, the list:

Facebook (None that I can think of, WrongThink formerly, but it’s died)

Twitter (Mastodon)

Youtube (Flixxo, Bitchute)

LinkedIn (None that I can think of.)

Gab (Mastodon)

Minds (Steemit, perhaps?)

Deviantart (Pixiv, maybe. Though they might not be free-speech.)

TVTropes (All The Tropes)

Nutaku (Fakku“)

Steam (None that I can think of.)

Discord (None that I can think of.)

Reddit (Voat)

Amazon (None that I can think of.)

Aminoapps (None that I can think of.)

WordPress (Steemit)

WorldieCo (None that I can think of.)

Tumblr (Steemit is the only site I can think of.)

Paypal (Cryptocurrency)

Coinbase (None that I can think of, never used it.)

Authorize.net (None that I can think of, never heard of it.)

Barnes & Noble (None that I can think of.)

Books-a-million (None that I can think of, never heard of it.)

Kobo (None that I can think of, never heard of it.)

Smashwords (None that I can think of, never heard of it.)

Shopify (None that I can think of, would recommend making your own shopping site for your products.)

Disqus (Never heard of it but from the sound of it (blogging), Steemit could work)

Soundcloud (None that I can think of, never used it.)

Twitch (None that I can think of.)

Google AdSense (None that I can think of, would recommend placing ads yourself with companies you agree with.)

RevContent (Never heard of it.)

Taboola (Never heard of it.)

Outbrain (Never heard of it.)

(1) Update: I’m adding more sites to this list, many I haven’t used or even heard of. So I’ll look into them more, however you can find the reason I’m adding them here.

The best alternative is self-publishing and self-hosting your own websites, as you cannot be censored if you don’t give others’ the ability to do so.

And that’s it with the list thus far. Again, this is not a complete list. If you have any in mind, please share them and if you could provide proof of censorship, that would be great. Also adding to the list of alternatives would be nice, especially for those without an alternative in this list.

Have a valid day.
